Capitalize %b Abbreviation of Month

BRU is amazing. However, I'm facing an issue here. I want to rename the automated dates as suffixes FB Jobeda_Akkas Ali_10JUL16.JPG. However, the %b code only gives 10Jul16. I need the abbreviation to be capitalized. Can anyone help?

Also, if anyone knows: in prevent duplication. I want the first file to be numbered as 1. But, it is numbering from the second file. Can anyone help?
