Skip Renaming of File If File Name Already Exists: warning

Does the warning message have to display every time or can it be permanently dismissed?

Hi, in the latest version there is an option for this in the Renaming Options menu.

What I mean is, when that option is enabled in Renaming Options > Advanced Options, it always comes up with a warning every time you then rename something.
