Forum Settings: Notifications?

i am not getting any Notifications of Post Replies, so i just re-checked my Notifications (undere Gloabal Settings or some such), and i realised that i see no Notfication for new Post Replies.

surely that can't be right?

is there a setting for this somewhere else?
